WWE Slammed By Mainstream Websites With Use Of MH17 Disaster In Storylines

The Mail UK have picked up on the use of the MH17 disaster within WWE storylines last night at Battleground. The article slams WWE and makes a point of singling out Lana as the main cause (who is Rusev's manager).

The Mail goes on to say that the wrestling community is currently "in shock" by its use and actually points out the booing and "audible anger" when Vladimir Putin's image appears on the titantron despite the fact that this has been going on for weeks without the use of MH17. The article then goes on to show Lana in different photos showing her in her previous role as a model.

Buzzfeed have now also picked up on the story highlighting how WWE should not have used the MH17 disaster. WWE will certainly have something to think about if this story continues to grow.
