The Reason Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter Didn't Appear on Last Night's Raw

Jack Swagger likely wasn't allowed into Canada for Monday's WWE Raw due to past legal trouble in the United States. Swagger had to miss the January WWE tour of Canada for this reason.

Zeb Colter however was backstage at Raw but was not used in front of the live crowd, instead he was featured in a sidebar video. The thinking behind this was they didn't want Colter or Swagger booed by the Canadian crowd as they are now playing the babyface role.
