It's being reported that Emma's release from WWE surprised people backstage considering the fact that other talents, including Jack Swagger and Cameron, have gotten in worse trouble than Emma did and they were not fired for it.

Both Swagger and Cameron's previous issues were reportedly brought up after Emma was released and WWE officials were made aware that firing Emma may have been a bit harsh, hence the reason why she was re-hired.

No word yet on how this may affect her career on-screen.
