UPDATE: A More Positive Look At Scott Hall's Weekend Appearance

2014 WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall is once again the topic of bad news after apparently being 90 minutes late for an autograph signing and was described as being in "very rough shape".

The autograph signing reportedly took place in Providence, Rhode Island where WWE also had a live event going on. Hall posted the following on Twitter:

"Me @WWEFandango @WadeBarrett @RealCurtisAxel and @clubforce chilling in Providence"
