Why WWE Scrapped Plans to Have Cesaro Win the Intercontinental Title

WWE officials reportedly had plans to put the WWE Intercontinental Title on Cesaro.

However, those plans were nixed and they had him feud with WWE United States Champion Sheamus with the feeling that going for the Intercontinental Title would hurt Cesaro.
