GameInformer.com is reporting that the upcoming WWE 2K15 video game may be in danger of not being released this coming fall as previously scheduled.
Information from the latest earnings release for Take-Two Entertainment, the developer of the game, shows that WWE 2K15 is not on the list of games slated for release this year, but is instead listed under "Fiscal 2015," which indicates that the game may not be released until as late as March 31, 2015.
During Take-Two Entertainment's year-end earnings conference call, the company stated that Visual Concepts, the developer of the NBA 2K video game franchise, is currently aiding in the development of WWE 2K15.
As previously reported, WWE 2K15 will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as well as some last-generation gaming systems. The game will not, however, be available for PC.
GameInformer.com states that they have reached out to Take-Two Entertainment for more clarification regarding this news. WrestlingNewsSource.com will also continue to keep you updated as more information is made available.
