It's been heavily rumored for months now that WWE officials have been considering unifying the Intercontinental and United States Championships. There was talk of having a unification match between Big E. and Dean Ambrose when they held the respective Titles.

With Bad News Barrett winning the I.C. Title and Sheamus winning the U.S. Title, there is once again talk of doing a unification match.

It's worth noting that WWE is scheduled to have a tour in the United Kingdom soon as well.
