TNA has announced that Japanese wrestling legend The Great Muta will be competing at next Sunday's Lockdown pay-per-view event. Muta will be part of a Six-Man Tag Team Match, in which he will team with Senada and Tigre Uno (formerly known as Extreme Tiger) against Bad Influence and Chris Sabin.

TNA has further announced that in addition to competing, Muta will also be appearing at the annual Lockdown Fan InterAction the day before the pay-per-view.
