WWE Conference Call; Network, CM Punk and TV/PPV Deals

Out in the market place (WWE) for the first time in a long time regarding TV contracts, expect deal end of April or a little laterMcMahon notes the new TV deals with BSkyB and in Thailand

Says the majority of their PPV carriers have decided to carry WrestleMania and further PPVs on a "case by case" basisContent agreement is coming due shortly in India

They are also in similar talks over in India, which they are very optimistic about as a major growth marketengaged in talks with potential new partners for domestic television package

Scooby Doo animated film is coming out Tuesday March 25th

Pumping up their social media platform at over 260-million

Emphasizing that their programming is "DVR proof" and in the same category as live sports

Believe they can hit 2-3 million subscribers for the WWE Network after the full roll out

They are expecting the network to be available by the end of 2014 in Canada, U.K., Singapore and other international markets

They will not give out a number of potential suitors for the U.S. television package

Expect potentially lower earnings in 2014

Estimate of $12-million spent on network in 2013They are hopeful of 1-million subs for network by the end of 2014

They state when it comes to gross ratings points the WWE only comes behind NFL and NBA and ahead of NASCAR

They make it clear that just because the exclusive period if over they are still talking with NBCU

Vince McMahon says Punk has "taken a sabbatical...lets just put it that way"

In defending WWE Studios, McMahon says this is their third business model and feel it will be a "considerably contributor" to bottom line

Barrios says they have "85% coverage" for WrestleMania with PPV carriersSays new deal in Thailand for TV rights has begun, BSkyB deal / India begin Jan. '15 and domestic deal in Q4 of 2014

That would indicate DISH Network is the only carrier to pull out, representing 14%
