HBO Orders ‘Ballers’ Comedy Starring The Rock

Deadline.com is reporting that HBO has ordered a series of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's new comedy series Ballers which Mark Wahlberg is co-executive producing.

Johnson, a former Miami Hurricanes defensive tackle will go back to his roots to play a retired All-Pro running back alongside a cast which features Omar Benson Miller, John David Washington, and Rob Corddry.
