Celebrity gossip website TMZ is reporting that MMA star Tito Ortiz has been charged with two counts of DUI following an accident on January 6th at 4AM in which he crashed his Porsche into a concrete median.

The website reports that Ortiz was attending a party at the Playboy Mansion prior to the accident and was arrested after he took a breathalyzer test and blew a .12.

If convicted, Ortiz faces a $1,000 fine and up to six months in jail; however, TMZ further reports that since this is Ortiz's first offense, it's likely he may not face any jail time, but instead would be sentenced to probation as well as completing an alcohol education course.
