In yet another update on Dave Batista supposedly returning to WWE, as of right now it appears as though this is indeed the case and it is NOT an advertising error. As originally reported, the news broke when it was revealed that the former World Champion is being advertised to appear at a WWE Live Event in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 16th.

It's now being reported that while the advertisement is correct, it was released prematurely and WWE actually didn't want it to be advertised so soon. There is even some speculation that this may have spoiled a surprise entrance in the 2014 Royal Rumble Match.

As for how long his new tenure in WWE might last, there is some talk that he'll at least stick around until next August when his movie Guardians comes out.
