Update on AJ Styles, More Bookings, Still A Free Agent?

AJ Styles has booked yet another date on his indy-tour of the World, with the CZW 15th Anniversary show on February 8th in Voorhees, NJ. AJ last worked with CZW around 10 years ago.

This adds to his already extended run of company's and dates below;

January 19. Premier Wrestling Xperience at Ziggy’s in Salem, NC vs. Cedric Alexander

January 26. Smash Wrestling in Toronto, ON vs. Chris Hero

February 1. Dreamwave Wrestling Chicago, IL vs. Christian Rose

February 7. Deep Southern Championship Wrestling Blue Ridge, GA teaming with Cody Roberts vs. Corey Hollis & Shaun Tempers

February 8. Combat Zone Wrestling, Voorhess, NJ

February 15th.  House of Glory Wrestling Ridgewood, NY

March 1st. PCW UK vs. Lionheart

March 14th. 2CW Binghamton, NY vs. Eddie Edwards 

March 15th. UWE in Harrisburg, PA vs. AR Fox

 

Speaking of AJ, his agent Bill Behrens said the following about TNA and his availability.

We [Styles and Behrens] continue positive discussions with TNA but not exclusively. AJ has not yet agreed to a new deal nor signed a contract with anyone.

 

An interesting note about the dates AJ has took so far. He hasn't took any dates with a company such as Ring Of Honor (Whom TNA no longer have a relationship with), DragonGate or New Japan Pro Wrestling (Opting for Wrestle-1 instead, which was while he was "TNA Champion"). TNA has a long standing policy that they don't want their wrestlers working for company's who tape for DVDs or iPPVs.
