The Rock To Co-Produce MGM Action Movie With Ex-Wife

WWE star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has will star in MGM’s next big action movie "Seal Team 666," reports the Hollywood Reporter.

Johnson will star and executive-produce the movie along with his ex-wife and business partner, Dany Garcia.

The plot of the film will follow "an elite group of Navy Seals who battle demons and assorted threats and discover that there’s a greater supernatural force bent on destroying the world."

"Seal" is currently in development and does not have a director yet. Evan Spiliotopoulos, who wrote the "Hercules" movie that Johnson just completed filming for, wrote the screenplay for the "Seal" movie.

The Rock's next big movie "Hercules" is scheduled for release in July 2014.
