WWE officials had originally planned for Cody Rhodes and Dustin "Goldust" Rhodes to win the Tag Team Titles at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view but it was reportedly WWE Chairman Mr. Vince McMahon who decided to have them win it on Raw last night.

As of right now there is a three-way match being planned for HIAC involving the Rhodes Brothers vs. The Shield vs. The Usos.
