Backstage WWE News: Ryback, Punk/Lesnar, Undertaker

It's being reported that Ryback's current bullying gimmick will result in another huge push for him, possibly even another babyface turn. Apparently the people who work in merchandising have been instructed to brainstorm ideas for him, which is usually something that happens for babyfaces when they get a big push.

WWE officials reportedly changed their original finish to the Brock Lesnar vs. C.M. Punk match at SummerSlam some time last week, which would seem to indicate that Punk was originally scheduled to win that match. It's being reported that a possible reason why Lesnar was given the win is because he might be going against The Undertaker at WrestleMania. Lesnar's current WWE record since his return is 3-2. He has defeated Triple H on two occasions and C.M. Punk on one occasion, and has also lost to Triple H and John Cena. WWE officials wanted him to have a win heading into WrestleMania season.
