WWE star CM Punk took a nasy bump to his head during a WWE live event in Springfield, Missouri on Saturday following a suplex from The Miz. The incident took place during a tag team main event match which featured Punk tagging with WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro vs. The Miz and Ryback.

Punk rolled out of the ring shortly after taking the bad bump and was later helped to the back by WWE officials.
