We think this is probably how the CM Punk tweet was created.

You can create any tweet to say anything you like.

The small thing is there is a "Via Twitter For Iphone" and the "Follow" button ..but we suspect this can be photoshopped very easily given the basis of what is created or even a different Twitter generator. This things can look LEGIT!
