Kurt Angle and the late Chris Benoit are both considered to be wrestling machines. They are considered to be two of the best pure technical wrestlers in the history of the sport. They were/are very accomplished with Championship Titles and other accolades.
Kurt Angle is a 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist and is arguably the greatest wrestler, both amateur and professional, of all time. Chris Benoit was a rugged smash-mouth grappling machine with hard-hitting offense and extreme self-discipline.
Angle and Benoit were both masters of wrestling and submission grappling. They are both known for being absolutely vicious competitors in the ring. They had similar styles and were always compared to each other. And they exchanged wins and losses against each other many times inside the squared circle.
Kurt Angle is still one of the top stars in pro wrestling today as a member of Total Nonstop Action Impact Wrestling. Chris Benoit passed away in 2007 at the age of 40.
