BREAKING NEWS: WWE Hall of Famer Jack Brisco Passes Away

Wrestling-Radio.com is sad to report that former NWA Wrold Heavyweight Champion and WWE Hall of Famer Jack Brisco died this morning at the age of 68,

There are no details on the cause of death at present however sources indicated he underwent a triple heart bypass several weeks ago due to on going health issues.

Brisco held the NWA World Championship in from July-Dec 1974 which was known as the \'Golden Age\' of wrestling. He defended it against the likes of Harley Race and Dory Funk Jr on a then very gruelling schedule. He also held tag gold with brother Gerald Brisco on multiple occasions. Both brothers were creditied for helping Vince McMahon in the early days of WWF selling stock from territory promotions and helping Vince gain a monoply on the industry.

Jack Brisco and Gerry Brisco were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2008.
