Matt Hardy's music hits as the ECW Championship will be on the line to open the show.
Hardy gets a pretty good baby face reaction, as Swagger gets a decent heat reception.

Match #1: For the ECW Heavyweight Championship: � Jack Swagger Vs Matt Hardy
Swagger is backed into corner and goes underneath the top rope to avoid a punch. Hardy delivers a punch knocking Swagger down. Hardy ducks a clothesline and delivers another right hand. Swagger rolls to the floor. Hardy with a right hand on the floor. Swagger avoids Hardy again by rolling to the floor to regroup.
Swagger takes Hardy down with some mat wrestling. Swagger takes Hardy down again and locks in a hammer lock. Hardy fights back with a bulldog for a near fall. Swagger meets on the top rope. Swagger sends Hardy to the floor. Hardy is holding his left arm. Swagger with a few shoulder blocks to the arm and gets a near fall. Several boots in the corner by Swagger. Swagger blocks a left arm clothesline and connects with a big boot for a near fall. Swagger continues to work on Hardy's arm. Hardy with several clotheslines and swinging neck breaker for a near fall. Hardy with a leaping elbow off the middle rope for a near fall. Hardy goes for the Twist of Fate, but Swagger reverses into a belly to belly suplex for a near fall. Single arm DDT by Swagger only getting a near fall. Hardy punches Swagger off the top. Top rope moonsault by Hardy and goes for the cover. Swagger just manages to get his shoulder up. Swagger sends Hardy into the ring post avoiding the side effect. Swagger with the gut wrench power bomb for the win!

Match #2: For the WWE Women's Championship: © Beth Phoenix w/ Santino Marella Vs Melina
Phoenix controls the early moments of the contest by blocking a reverse hurricanrana and delivers a running back splash in the corner. Modified leg lock by Beth. Beth pulls Melina back to the middle of the ring and proceeds to HIT MELINA WITH HER OWN LEG. Beth with a boot to knock Melina down. Melina with a boot but Beth takes her down with a side slam. Melina fights out of a gorilla press slam. Jaw breaker and several rights by Melina. Melina with a rollup fighting out of a backdrop. Melina with a double knee to Beth's back followed by taking Beth down by the hair for a near fall. Melina with a wheelbarrow position and manages to roll Beth up to pick up the win, and the title.

Backstage, JBL talks to HBK. JBL promises that he will pay HBK all the money he owes him and once he wins the championship, that HBK will no longer have to work for him. JBL says he tells HBK he can give him a spot in Rumble and go to Mania, if he helps him win the championship, tonight. HBK turns around and Undertaker is now their. He tells HBK sometimes you have to go to hell to get into heaven.

Both John Cena and JBL are in the ring as Lillian does the introduction. JBL naturally gets a heel reception. John Cena gets a mixed reaction.

Match #3: For the WWE World Championship: © John Cena Vs JBL w/HBK.
Cena with a side headlock take down. JBL with a takedown of his own. Back elbow by Cena for a two count. JBL goes to the floor and tells HBK something. Knee from JBL followed by several right hands and a big boot in the corner. Cena comes back with a running one arm bulldog followed by a flipping neck breaker for a near fall. JBL again rolls to the floor. Cena charges and nearly runs into HBK, but stops and JBL delivers a overhand blow. JBL rams Cena into the ring steps. JBL with a cover but Cena kicks out. Short arm clothesline by JBL for another two count. JBL with five elbow drops and again gets a two count. JBL with a headlock, trapping Cena's right arm with his right leg. Cena fights out and runs into a side slam for a near fall, again. Cena is on the apron and JBL knocks him off to the floor with a shoulder block. JBL sends Cena into the ring steps again. JBL goes for the cover and Cena is able to kick out. JBL places Cena on the top turnbuckle and nails Cena with several right hands. Cena punches JBL off the middle rope. Cena with a top rope leg drop to a hunched over JBL. Cena with a cover, but JBL kicks out, again. Cena runs into a big boot. JBL goes for the clothesline from hell, but Cena trips him up and rams him into the turnbuckles. Two running shoulder blocks followed by a side slam by Cena. Cena signals for and connects with the five knuckle shuffle. JBL stumbles but blocks the FU. Cena runs into another big boot. JBL goes for the clothesline again, but Cena with a drop toe hold and locks in the STF. JBL is trying to reach the ropes, and HBK manages to distract Cena and JBL sends Cena to the floor. Cena gets up and stares at HBK. Cena enters the ring and JBL nails him with the Clothesline From Hell. JBL with the cover, but Cena kicks out. JBL fights out of the FU again, and goes for a big boot but Cena ducks and JBL hit's the referee. Double clothesline and HBK hopes onto the apron. HBK circles the ring and looks at both Cena and JBL. HBK is tuning up the band and nails JBL with the Sweet Chin Music. Cena has a smile on his face. Cena walks over to HBK, but HBK super kicks Cena as well! The crowd is loving this. HBK is standing over both men and he grabs JBL and puts his arm over Cena. HBK leaves the ring and walks to the backstage area. A referee runs down and Cena is able to kick out. Cena ducks a short arm clothesline and nails JBL with the FU to pick up the win and retain the title.

Jeff Hardy comes out to a good reception. Vickie Guerrero comes out and changes the match to a No Disqualification match.

Hardy rams Edge into the corner early on and delivers a few boots. Hardy rams Edge into the corner again. Leaping forearm smash by Hardy. "We Want Christian" chant. Edge bails out of the ring, but Hardy chases him. Hardy grabs a chair but Edge nails him with a boot as he goes to re-enter. Hardy avoids a spear in the corner and delivers a dropkick to Edge's back for a near fall. Edge rams Hardy into the corner. Hardy with a baseball slide dropkick on Edge. Hardy dives off the apron on Edge with a flying clothesline. Edge knocks Hardy off the apron as Chavo distracted Hardy. Baseball slide by Edge knocks Hardy back down. Edge sends Hardy into the guard railing. Moments later, Hardy avoids a spear with a sunset flip pin attempt. Edge with a clothesline for a near fall. Edge yanks on Hardy's hair to bring him back down to the mat. Hardy takes Edge down with a boot. Hardy sends Edge off the middle rope and goes for a dive, but Edge dropkicks Hardy in midair. Edge with a cover but only get a near fall. Edge goes to the floor and grabs two chairs. While on the apron, Hardy charges and takes Edge down with a spear! Hardy with a slingshot splash onto Edge on the floor! Hardy with a twist of fate on the apron! Both men crash to the floor. Hardy rams Edge into the announcers table and begins to clear everything off of the table. Hardy grabs a ladder from underneath the ring. Hardy places Edge on the table and climbs up the ladder. Chavo Guerrero climbs up as well and distracts Hardy. Hardy knocks him off and dives onto Chavo. Hardy sends both Edge and Chavo into the ring steps. Hardy places Chavo on the table and climbs the ladder. Hardy connects with a big splash onto Chavo crashing through the table! Hardy with a cross body off the top and only get a near fall. Yakuza kick by Edge to regain control. Edge takes the turnbuckle pad off exposing the steel but Hardy blocks the attempt to ram his head into it and takes Edge down with a Whisper in the Wind for a near fall. Edge with the Edgecution but Hardy manages to kick out. Hardy blocks a double axe handle and sends Edge into the corner and nearly picks up the win with a rollup. Sit out face buster by Hardy. Hardy takes Edge down with a dropkick. Hardy charges to the corner and Edge drops Hardy on the exposed turnbuckle for a near fall. Edge signals for the spear. Hardy with a great counter into a Twist of Fate. Hardy climbs to the top turnbuckle, but Vickie Guerrero grabs Hardy. Hardy kicks her off. Hardy with the Swanton Bomb! Hardy goes for the cover, but Vickie pulls the referee from counting three. Matt Hardy comes down with a chair and yells at Vickie. Hardy gives Jeff the chair but Matt stops him. Matt gets his own chair and signals for a double chair shot. MATT HAS JUST HIT HIS BROTHER WITH THE CHAIR. Matt is standing in the ring without emotion. Edge looks at Matt and covers Jeff. Edge picks up the win as Matt stares at Jeff.

Backstage, Todd Grisham is standing with Randy Orton. Orton says he is in the Rumble unless he is told otherwise. Jericho enters the scene and says he doesn't blame Orton for dong what he did. Jericho says the real Vince McMahon is dead. Orton isn't going to let his guard down in the Rumble. Jericho believes this will be Orton's last night as a WWE employee.

Match #5: Royal Rumble Match

Entrant #1: Rey Mistero Jr.
Entrant #2: John Morrison

Morrison shoves Rey who delivers several kicks. Rey with a boot to Morrison, twice. Wheelbarrow bulldog attempt but Morrison dumps Rey over the top but Rey doesn't hit the floor. Morrison tries to kick him off, but is unable to. Springboard cross body by Rey. Head scissors take down as well. Morrison is dangling on the apron and hangs on.

Entrant #3: Carlito

Carlito enters and spit's apple pieces into Morrison face. Swinging neck breaker on Rey. Double springboard moonsault by Carlito on Morrison. Morrison attempts to kick Rey out of the ring.

Entrant #4: MVP

MVP takes all three men down. MVP with a power slam on Morrison. MVP with a overhead throw on Rey. "Ballin" on Morrison. MVP continues his attack on all three men. MVP ducks a springboard kick by Morrison who hits Carlito. Rey with a head scissors take down on MVP.

Entrant #5: The Great Khali

All four men in the ring notice that Khali is next and they all stop. Khali shoves all four men and takes Carlito down with a short arm clothesline. Khali with a choke slam on Morrison. The crowd love Khali. Rey attempts a missile dropkick to no affect. Carlito attempts the back stabber, to no affect. Khali throws him down as well.

Entrant #6: Vladimir Kozlov

Khali and Kozlov lock up. Kozlov with a big boot and clotheslines Khali over the top. MVP goes to work on Kozlov and misses a running big boot. MVP is stuck and is sent over to the floor. Carlito is nearly eliminated but hangs on the apron. Carlito attempts a springboard attack but is caught and is taken down with a spine buster. Rey avoids a big boot. Kozlov with a head butt to Rey's guy.

Entrant #7: HHH

Kozlov is focused on HHH. They trade a series of rights, with HHH getting the advantage. Kozlov with a head butt to take HHH down. HHH avoids a head butt in the corner. HHH drops Kozlov with a knee and sends Kozlov over the top to the floor. Morrison comes over and works on HHH with several rights. High knee by HHH to take Morrison down.

Entrant #8: Randy Orton

HHH is focused on HHH. Orton and HHH trade a series of right hands. Orton with the advantage. Headlock backbreaker by Orton on HHH. Orton is getting ready for the RKO. HHH fights him off and goes for the pedigree. Morrison with a springboard kick on HHH. Rey takes Orton down. Rey with the 619 on Morrison.

Entrant #9: JTG

JTG enters and takes Morrison down with a interesting neck breaker. JTG attempts to send HHH over but HHH fights out and works on JTG with several rights in the corner. Orton nearly has Rey over he top, but Rey is holding on. Rey has a head scissors on Orton and is trying to get Orton over, but can't.

Entrant #10: Ted DiBiase

DiBiase enters and works on everyone. JTG/Morrison with a double dropkick on DiBiase. DiBiase nearly eliminates both JTG and Morrison. Rey nearly gets DiBiase over with a head scissors. Rey with a baseball slide right into DiBiase's groin.

Entrant #11: Chris Jericho

Jericho goes right over to Orton and tries to dump him over the top, but Orton hangs on. Jericho with a one arm bulldog on HHH, and goes for the Lion sault but HHH avoids it. Jericho fights out of the pedigree and goes for the Walls of Jericho. HHH comes back nearly throwing Jericho over the top.

Entrant #12: Mike Knoxx

Knoxx goes right after Rey with several clubbing blows. Orton and DiBiase double team JTG. Knoxx works on HHH as well. Orton works on Morrison briefly.

Entrant #13: The Miz

Miz works on JTG and attacks DiBiase. Clothesline by Miz on HHH in the corner. Miz goes after Orton as well. Double gut buster with Morrison on Orton. Miz misses a clothesline in the corner as Orton avoids it. Orton with the RKO on Morrison, Miz and JTG. HHH with the pedigree on Orton. HHH throws Miz and Morrison over the top to the floor. Rey walks on Miz and Morrison to avoid being eliminated.

Entrant #14: Finlay

Finlay takes HHH down with a atomic drop and a avalanche splash. Finlay tries to throw Jericho out, but Jericho hangs on. Short arm clothesline by Finlay on Knoxx.

Entrant #15: Cody Rhodes

All three members of Legacy go after JTG, and then to HHH and for good measure work on Finlay. Rey attempts a springboard attack but Orton plants Rey with the RKO!

Entrant #16: The Undertaker

Everyone stops as Taker enters the ring. Taker cleans house. Taker throws JTG over the top to the floor. Snake eyes on Rhodes. Big boot by Taker on Rhodes as well.


Entrant #17: Goldust

Goldust works on DiBiase before Rhodes pulls him off. Goldust slaps Rhodes and goes to eliminate him but Cody hangs on the apron. Uppercut by Goldust on Rhodes and again Rhodes hangs on the apron. Orton nails Goldust with the RKO. Orton tells Rhodes to handle Goldust. Rhodes sends Goldust over the top to the floor.

Entrant #18: CM Punk

Punk with a double clothesline on DiBiase/Rhodes and a high knee on Jericho and Rey in the corner. Running bulldog on Jericho. Punk avoids the pedigree and nails HHH wit the GTS! Jericho is hanging on the top rope as Orton and Rhodes try to throw him over. Finlay works on Taker in the corner.

Entrant #19: Mark Henry

Henry takes care of everyone with head butts. Henry knocks Taker down with a clothesline. Henry is standing on Punk. HHH comes over and works on Henry with right hands. Henry with a sit down slam on HHH. Punk leaps off the middle rope but is caught by Henry who rams Punk into the corner

Entrant #20: Shelton Benjamin

Benjamin works on Finlay with a few boots and right hands. Jericho and Punk are on the top turnbuckle. Benjamin lifts Rey into the air and drops him gut first on the mat. Benjamin with a double top rope DDT on Jericho and Punk! HHH throws Punk over the top, but he hangs on.

Entrant #21: William Regal

Regal quickly works on Punk with right hands and overhead exploder suplex. Rey pulls down the top rope and Henry falls over to the floor. HHH is upside down in the corner and is nearly eliminated by Rhodes.

Entrant #22: Kofi Kingston

Kofi enters and cleans house as well with kicks and a Russian leg sweep. Leg drop on Knoxx. Knoxx goes for a splash in the corner on Taker but Benjamin hits him with a kick. Taker slams Benjamin down and throws Benjamin over the top to the floor. Rey is nearly eliminated by Jericho.

Entrant #23: Kane

Kane takes everyone down with several right hands. Side slam on DiBiase. The ring is nearly full. Kane has a face off with Taker. They both pull DiBiase up with a double choke slam. Kane choke slams Kofi. Taker nearly throws Jericho over the top. Punk eliminates Regal. Rey avoids a choke slam from Taker.

Entrant #24: R-Truth

Truth takes HHH down with a spinning forearm smash. Orton, Rey and Kofi try to get Kane over the top to the floor, Kane hangs on.

Entrant #25: Rob Van Dam

Well, here is your surprise entrance. RVD takes Kane, Rhodes, Jericho and Orton down with right hands and kicks. Step over heel kick to Jericho and Rhodes. RVD with a springboard kick on Punk. RVD goes for the five star frog splash but avoids HHH coming after him.

Entrant #26: THE Brian Kendrick

Kendrick shoves Kofi over the top to the floor. HHH grabs Kendrick and throws him over to the floor as well. RVD nearly throws Punk over.

Entrant #27: Dolph Ziggler

Ziggler goes to work on DiBiase and backs right into Kane. He introduces himself to Kane who simply throws Ziggler over the top to the floor. DiBiase is hanging on the apron avoiding elimination.

Entrant #28: Santino Marella

Marella storms to the ring but literally eliminated within two seconds by Kane. Marella slid into the ring and as soon as he stood up was clotheslined over the top. Jericho works on Taker in the corner.

Entrant #29: Jim Duggan

Duggan enters delivering several right hands and even takes the upper hand on Taker and Kane. The ring is really starting to fill up.

Entrant #30: Big Show

Show takes his sweet time to get to the ring. Show has a stare down with Taker until Kane just delivers a right hand to Show. Duggan with right hands on Show and attempts to scoop slam Show over the top. Show easily blocks the move and sends Duggan over the top to the floor. Jericho is on Show's back and Show connects with a side slam. Taker is trying to throw Orton out of the ring. Show with a gorilla press slam on R-Truth for a elimination. Rhodes is nearly eliminated by Taker. Punk with a few kicks on Show. Punk is on the apron, but is met with a hard right by Show. Punk falls to the floor to be eliminated. Rey Mistero and Mike Knoxx are eliminated. Kane grabs Finlay's friend but Hornswoggle bails. Kane backdrops Finlay over the top to the floor. Jericho with the Code Breaker on Kane. RVD with a few kick on Show. Show with several rights and lefts. Orton has HHH who is dangled across the middle rope and plants him with a DDT. Show and Taker have a confrontation. They trade a series of lefts and rights. RVD with the five star frog splash on Orton. Jericho throws RVD over. Jericho turns around and is met with a head butt by Taker. Code Breaker by Jericho on Taker. Taker throws a charging Jericho over the top to the floor. Legacy triple team Kane for the elimination.

Legacy, HHH, Taker and Show are left in the ring. The final six. Show goes to work on HHH as Legacy corners Taker. HHH walks into a choke slam from Show. Taker with a clothesline on DiBiase and Rhodes. Taker with a choke slam on Orton, the same for DiBiase and also for Rhodes. Show and Taker have another confrontation. Taker avoids a right hand and delivers his own. Taker with a clothesline to knock Show down. Taker with a big boot, Show goes over but manages to somehow hold on. Taker with several rights on Show. Orton attempts the RKO, but Taker throws him off. Both Taker and Show go for choke slams on the apron. Low blow by Taker. RKO by Orton on Show, Show falls to the floor. Taker has Rhodes and DiBiase while on the apron for a choke slam, but Show simply trips Taker and Taker falls to the floor.

Legacy and HHH are the final four. HHH is cornered by Legacy. Orton with several rights on HHH. HHH avoids the RKO and sends Orton into the corner. HHH with a knee buster on Rhodes and spine buster on DiBiase. HHH goes for the pedigree and nearly eliminates Orton with a backdrop. HHH eliminates DiBiase and Rhodes, but Orton sneaks back in from the apron and throws HHH over to win the Rumble!
