The official monthly subscription box of the WWE, WWE Slam Crate, has not shipped multiple orders to customers since January of this year, but have charged subscribers in full every month.
Slam Crate subscribers have been vocal across social media, showing that this is not just an isolated incident. Many of their customers are out over $100 or more in subscription charges, for merchandise that has never shown up.
Anyone subscribe to Wwe slam crate??? Feel like I’m missing multiple crates, yet they have no problem charging me on the day. Think it may be time to cancel.— The Chairman (@ChairmanSV) July 4, 2019
@lootcrate has way delayed the @WWE Slam Crate yet again for over 2 months for the 3rd conservative time while charging it’s subscribers on time! I subscribed for my sons and fed up with this! @StephMcMahon or whom ever handles these business partnerships needs to step in!— Damian Vargas (aka Damian Dragon) (@STBDamianDragon) May 19, 2019
@AskLoot I still have yet to receive my WWE Slam Crate from May. The website keeps pushing back the shipping date every week it seems. Is the crate still happening? I see two crates now that were supposed to be shipped by now. I'm backed-up two Slam Crates.— Thom Payer (@Thom_Payer) June 27, 2019
