SmackDown Live: Kofi Kingston Successfully Defends WWE Championship Against AJ Styles And Sami Zayn

The show opened with AJ Styles and Sami Zayn coming out before Kofi Kingston challenges them both to a triple threat match for the title.  Kofi Kingston successfully defends his WWE Championship in the main event.  Kevin Owens attacks Xavier Woods during the match by throwing him into the steel steps.  AJ Styles was kicked from the apron with a Trouble in Paradise.  Sami Zayn tried to take advantage of the distraction with three Blue Thunder Bombs all for nearfalls.  He tries for the Helluva Kick, but Kofi reverses with a Trouble in Paradise for the three count. Post-match, Kofi Kingston says that there will be hell to pay for Kevin Owens.
