RAW and SmackDown Women's Champion Becky Lynch has said how Vince McMahon was incredibly proud of her, Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey after competing in the first-ever women's WrestleMania main event.
Speaking on the Gorilla Position Podcast, Lynch said the boss had kind words for all three Superstars post-match.
“He just said he was so proud of us, He was [just] so proud of us. He did [give us a hug]. He did, yep, but I said, 'I'm The Man now, Vince' and he said, 'Yep!'”
Lynch captured both titles in a Winner Takes All match at WrestleMania 35, pinning Ronda Rousey.
She has now entered a feud with Lacey Evans, who was called up from NXT in December last year.
