According to a report from F4WOnline.com/The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is currently looking into allegations that have been made against SmackDown Live Superstar and 13-time World Champion Randy Orton.
Back in 2012, former WWE storyline writer Court Bauer told the following story about Orton on an edition of MLW Radio:
"For every new writer that would show up, he come in the room, put his hand down his pants, pull out his d*ck, touch himself, then say 'I'm Randy Orton, shake my hand. Oh, you dont want to shake my hand? You're big leaguing me? That's f**ked up man. Should I tell Vince and Steph you wont shake Randy Orton's hand?'"
WWE gave a statement to F4WOnline.com that they are "looking into the matter."
Bauer has also responded to a couple of fans on Twitter who have asked about the story:

lol @courtbauer going for some vengeful #MeToo gimmick here or something. Dredging up decade-plus old stories with zero evidence out of nowhere to try and ruin @randyorton. What a pathetic need for significance.— TerryFunk (@CercyPhuggs) August 11, 2018
Nah. Someone found a podcast I did 6 years ago and ran with it. Got no qualms with Randy. pic.twitter.com/hb1S3VxzAE— Court Bauer (@courtbauer) August 11, 2018
