Another Update on SmackDown Live's Future: Possibly Moving to Online Streaming?

As was reported yesterday, while WWE's Monday Night Raw program is currently expected to remain with NBCUniversal's USA Network, it is possible that WWE will end up having to find a new home for SmackDown Live.

HollywoodReporter.com noted that Fox is a leading candidate to acquire SD Live, and this was echoed by a new report from Variety.com as well. However, the report from Variety.com also notes that there is a very real possibility that SmackDown Live could be moved to an online streaming service, such as Facebook or Amazon.

Variety also speculates that SmackDown Live could end up becoming a three-hour show as well, although it is nothing but speculation at this point.
