Jennifer Hudson Drops Restraining Order Against Her Husband WWE Announcer David Otunga

Jennifer Hudson has voluntarily made the decision to drop her restraining order against her Husband WWE announcer David Otunga as long as he does not return to the family home. The actress recently filed documents stating that Otunga had been physical with her, but he denied the allegations made against him.

In addition, a judge has granted Otunga temporary primary custody of the boy, aged eight, because the beauty travels so much for work. Otunga will now be the primary caregiver until a more permanent deal is made, according to TMZ.com.
