Prior to the start of tonight's WWE Raw main event, which was pre-recorded in Manchester, England, it was announced by Michael Cole that Roman Reigns will return to WWE on next week's broadcast, which will emanate from Atlanta, Georgia.Â
Reigns has been out of action with a viral infection ever since before October's Raw-exclusive TLC: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs event, where he was due to team with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose to face Intercontinental Champion The Miz, Sheamus, Cesaro, Braun Strowman, and Kane in a Handicap TLC Match.
As of the announcement, it is unknown whether or not Reigns will have some sort of role at Survivor Series, as it had been previously reported that Reigns would be unable to return to the company in time for the event, which is why Jason Jordan was added as the final member of Raw's men's team for the 5-on-5 Team Raw vs. Team SmackDown LIVE Men's Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match.
