GFW And Pop TV Sign New Deal

Dave Meltzer is reporting that GFW and Pop TV have reached an agreement to continue airing Impact Wrestling throughout 2018. The current deal was set to expire at the end of this year. The New will be the same as the current one but it is unknown at this stage how long it will last. It was noted that the deal is not "financially effective."

GFW is reportedly running on a tight budget, with the India and UK deals being their main line of revenue but this is not enough for them to run the schedule they desire. Expect the company to run on fewer TV tapings in 2018.
