Yoshihiro Takayama Reportedly Paralysed From spinal injury

Professional wrestler and mixed martial artist Yoshihrio Takayama suffered a severe spinal cord injury back in May. It's now being reported that his condition has worsened and Takayama is paralyzed.

Takayama, aged 50 has worked All Japan Pro Wrestling, New Japan Pro Wrestling and Pro Wrestling NOAH.  He is one of two men to hold all three of puroresu's major heavyweight titles (the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, the Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship, and the GHC Heavyweight Championship), the other being Kensuke Sasaki.

We wish Takayama all the best in his recovery.
