As previously reported, it had been rumored by multiple sources that current WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar would reportedly be making a return to the UFC at the company's November 4th event at Madison Square Garden in New York City, as both he and Paul Heyman had reportedly gone to UFC Headquarters in order to meet with company officials during International Fight Week, which took place earlier this month. The report that stated this, which came from the "TalkMMA" Twitter account, also stated that Lesnar would likely drop the Universal Championship to Roman Reigns at August's WWE SummerSlam event and that Lesnar was currently in the process of re-entering the US Anti-Doping Agency testing pool in order to once again be able to compete in the Octagon.
However, according to a statement from Jeff Novitzky, UFC's Vice President of Athlete Health and Performance, to MMA Junkie.com, there is no truth to any of the reports regarding Lesnar making any kind of a return to the UFC anytime soon:
"He is not currently enrolled in the USADA testing pool, nor has there been any inquiry on his part to do so."
