Broken Matt Hardy Attempting To Trademark His Name

Broken Matt Hardy has filed a trademark to officially his gimmick name which he has been using in Impact Wrestling for the last several months.

Pro Wrestling Sheet reports that according to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the wrestler filed for a trademark last week on “Broken Matt Hardy” for “Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”

Impact Wrestling may have the legal right to challenge Hardy on the trademark as they own all IP rights on their creations.
