Randy Orton Shares His Thoughts On the National Anthem Protests

Many athletes have been voicing their opinions on Colin Kapernick's controversial protest of the National Anthem. The NFL quarterback made a decision to kneel during The Star Spangled Banner last month. He explained his actions by stating that he would not "show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color."

Randy Orton took a strong stance of opposition on Twitter.

Randy Orton also tweeted his thoughts on the North Carolina teacher that was suspended for stomping on the American Flag.

It is worth noting that before he got into wrestling, Orton was a United States Marine, but he eventually received a bad conduct discharge.
