Finn Balor Will Relinquish The WWE Universal Championship Tonight

WWE Raw General Manager Mick Foley has announced on his Twitter prior to tonight's Raw that Finn Balor will relinquish the WWE Universal Championship which he won at last night's SummerSlam due to a shoulder injury, which will likely require surgery.
Due to his injury, @StephMcMahon and I jointly accept @FinnBalor relinquishing of the @WWE Universal Championship. #Raw
