It was previously reported that WWE Legend The Rock has posted a statement on his official Instagram.com page, in which he referred to certain male "Fast 8" co-stars as "unprofessional chicken sh*t candy asses."
In an update, celebrity gossip website TMZ.com is reporting that Rock's post was actually directed toward Vin Diesel, one of his co-stars in the movie, with the reason being that the two apparently had butted heads during production, as Diesel is a producer and, according to TMZ, made decisions that "didn't sit well" with Rock.
The website further reports that Rock and Diesel had a secret meeting on the "Fast 8" set at some point during the midday hours today to hash everything out because of the fact that tensions between the two "were running so high it was almost impossible to shoot scenes." As of the initial report, it is unknown whether or not their issues have been resolved.
TMZ also reports that "almost the entire cast" is angry at Rock for "causing a stir" with nearly a week and a half to go until filming on "Fast 8" concludes.
