Former WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins is back in the ring training, according to a report from Pro Wrestling Sheets.
Rollins has been out with a knee injury which he sustained in a match against Kane in Dublin, Ireland in November. Rollins was forced to surrender the title and undergo reconstructive surgery.
Rollins was spotted recently at the WWE Performance Center with John Cena, Cesaro and Dr. Jeff Dugas from the Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center.
His recovery time was reported to be between 6-9 months, although the fact he is back training is a very good sign and may suggest a return sooner than expected.
