Vince McMahon got censored by the USA Network censors just before announcing his son Shane McMahon would be facing Undertaker at WrestleMania 32 in Hell in a Cell. 

Have you been wondering what Vince said? - well, apparently he said "He said to Shane you're gonna get a f**king beating"

Raw is on a small time delay which allows censors to have control over unexpected content, it could also have been something which McMahon and USA Network agreed beforehand. USA Network would not have allowed profanity of this kind to air on a TV-PG rated show.
