A man's been arrested in the United Kingdom on suspicion of illegally uploading more than three thousand fighting and wrestling videos according to BBC report.Â
The man aged 55 was arrested at his home in Coalville in Leicestershire following an investigation by the Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU) who seized his computer.Â
The videos were reported have had two million downloads and were shared thousands of times.
Jim Langham, WWE Senior Vice President & Assistant General Counsel said: "WWE is extremely thankful for PIPCU's attention to this matter."
UFC's Chief Legal Officer Kirk Hendrick said: "The UFC organization hopes this investigation and arrest by PIPCU will result in a significant decrease in the illegal online distribution of our intellectual property and broadcasts."
