The Latest On Jerry Lawler Moving From Raw to SmackDown

F4Wonline.com reported today that WWE had intended to move Jerry Lawler from Raw to SmackDown for a long while, but with his heart attack that happened on Raw a few years ago they felt they couldn't make the change.

Wrestling Observer editor Dave Meltzer commented:

“They wanted to get rid of Lawler on Raw for a long time, but after the heart attack, they figured they couldn’t. This relaunch of Smackdown gave them the chance.”
