TNA Impact 3/20 *Live Coverage*

[Refresh every 5 minutes for live coverage]

TNA Impact

Already there is action and Abyss and Eric Young are going at it backstage and it also appears that Abyss is wearing a new mask. Looked like both men were equal but Abyss has taken the advantage in this fight and EY is thrown into a small table and some chairs. Abyss now gets a chain but Eric Young uses the chain to his advantage, using to whip it across Abyss' back and using to punch him as well. Abyss has retaken control and has thrown the smaller EY into the ring but Eric Young does a sliding dropkick and then a suicide dive. Eric misses with a chair shot but Abyss does not miss his opporunity as he throws Eric into the steel steps. A chair is thrown into the ring by Abyss but Eric Young is trying to regain any sense, and he does but only for a moment as Abyss throws Eric's face into the open chair. Abyss chokes Eric Young for a moment with the chain. Now some clubbing blows by The Monster and was about to choke Eric again but Eric bites Abyss on the forehead to escape. Some more hits by Abyss but a Blackhole Slam stops Eric in his tracks. Abyss is now choking Eric with chain while he is in between the ropes. Now will Eric be in shape later when he is chained in the championship rematch?

EC3 comes out for the first official match of Impact and will face the newly added Bobby Lashley when Impact returns.

(break)

Back from break and Lashley makes his return to TNA and so far far the match seems fairly even until Bobby Lashley does a standing vertical suplex to EC3. Bobby Lashley follows up with some hits in the corner and throws EC3 half way across the ring and sets up for a spear but EC3 rolls out. Lashley follows but gets met with some hits outside the ring. EC3 goes to top but Lashley gorilla presses EC3 off the top. A drop toe hold on Lashley and EC3 is able to get some cheap shots on Lashley. EC3 gets a front facelock on Bobby Lashley and any momentum EC3 is squashed by a double A spinebuster and another setup for the spear and EC3 goes outside again. Lashley clotheslines EC3 on the outside and does a running clothesline to the corner. EC3 almost gets thrown into the ref but stops himself but while stopping himself, he does a blindside low blow and looks to go away but Willow comes out and does a bunch of damage to EC3, assuming the DQ victory is for EC3 and keeping his undefeated streak in tack or maybe the match was just thrown out. Willow (Jeff Hardy) looked to go off the top of a very tall ladder but EC3 manages to escape.

Winner...EC3

Backstage with Bully Ray and is talking about his visit to Dixie Carter's office and now backstage with MVP and Samoa Joe and Samoa Joe is pretty ticked off at MVP for not giving him an insurance policy now that EY is going to the hospital. MVP vows to fix it but Samoa Joe says every time he says he going to fix something, it gets worse.

(break)

Gunner comes out and wants to say how he is proud to face one of the toughest men in the company and came out victorious at Lockdown and is also proud that he served his country and his proud with his fellow military comrades are in the audience. Gunner goes to his father in the front row thanking him for everything and made a promise to one day be world champion. Uh-oh, James Storm comes out to break the little family reunion. James Storm introduces himself to Gunner's father and sarcastically thought it was rude for Gunner not to introduce Storm to his father. Major heel heat from Storm as he says that his grandfather is thankfully dead not to see how Gunner and his father have become major disappointments. James Storm gets a Last Call superkick and handcuffs Gunner to the middle rope and grabs Gunner's father from the crowd and a minute later, lays waste to Gunner's father with a beer bottle (seems like TNA has taken a page from the Cena-Orton storyline).

Gail Kim goes on camera and tells how Tapa cost her a win and the title after being the benchmark for the Knockouts division and if Tapa can't beat her, Tapa is done with Gail Kim and done with TNA.

(break)

Lei'd Tapa is already in the ring and highlights of last week are shown as Britney got the upset victory last week. Lei'd Tapa is in firm control in the beginning using her size to her advantage but Gail Kim gets some hits and some clotheslines that stagger Lei'd Tapa but gets thrown down. L'Tapa gets Gail Kim on her back but Gail Kim manages a dragon sleeper but Tapa manages to throw her over. Gail Kim gets some more momentum and works on the left leg and just as soon as Gail Kim gets some momentum, Tapa throws Gail Kim in the air and follows up with a cover but only a 2. Gail Kim continues to work on the left leg and in the midst of it all, Gail Kim finishes the match with an “Eat Defeat” finisher.

Winner- Gail Kim

Up next and after break, Angelina Love comes down and we will see if the Beautiful People will be reunited.

(break)

Now we are back and MVP is asking Willow to take Eric Young's place and Willow just answers in riddles and essentially just turns down MVP (and I thought the Wyatts were confusing to comprehend).

Angelina Love is in the ring and asks Velvet Sky for an answer whether they should move forward together or move forward separately. Velvet Sky goes on some compliments telling Angelina Love how she looked up to her and taught her things. But at the same time, she felt overshadowed and looked downed upon by Angelina. Velvet goes on to tell with the stuff that happened with Sabin and with that being said, The Beautiful People are back together! But Angelina says there is a 3rd piece missing and calls out Madison Rayne. Angelina introduces her and Velvet and kinda introduces Madison Rayne with no enthusiasm. Madison says she always felt that she was held back and has paid her dues and is now the TNA Knockouts champion. With that being said, she turns down Angelina's offer.

Backstage and Magnus is doing an interview until Samoa Joe interferes.

DJ Z introduces 2 people who “are no strangers to international 3 ways” (does wink into the camera), the 2 time tag team champions, The Bromans. Now Tigre Uno and the X Division champion, Sanada. The Bromans told their two competitors to lay down so they can get to the club quick. The response was an emphatic No! But like an older Rancid album, out came The Wolves. And we have a 3 way tag team title match after break.

(break)

The tag team match is underway and The Bromans are in some trouble but as soon as The Bromans are out of the ring, The exciting teams of Tigre Uno and The Wolves go at it and a double team on Sanada and just as The Wolves were going for another move, Tigre Uno trips both men. A blind tag by one half of the tag team champions sends Sonada in and there is some action between The Bromans and The Wolves. Another blind tag is made but this time Tigre Uno makes a blind tag but the power advantage of The Bromas seems to be working in their favor over Tigre Uno. Reversal by Tigre and Tigre tags his partner in and Sonada gets some momentum but DJ Z causes a slight distraction as he takes the X Division belt but goes on the attack while tagging in Tigre. The Wolves get tagged in and do a powerbomb and backstabber move (very impressive) but The Bromans are able to get in and do their tag team finisher and keep the tag belts.

Winner- The Bromans.

Backstage, Angelina is upset over the refusal from Madison Rayne.

(break)

The King of the Night...coming soon.

Angelina goes to find Madison Rayne and still tries to convince Madison to rejoin The Beautiful People and Angelina tells her she was a different person and Madison Rayne tells her she would think about it. However, Angelina goes on the attack on Madison and tells her that the only people in the Beautiful People are Velvet Sky and her (after she said Madison has no right to disrespect her). MVP wants to lead by example and will be the person chained to Abyss. Up next, what went down at TNA HQ at Dixie Carter's office.

(break)

Footage of Bully Ray talking to an empty seat? And saying he nor has anyone liked Dixie. He continues to go on, assuming not realizing no one was hearing anything but out of nowhere, Bobby Roode attacks Bully Ray over screwing him over at Lockdown and it wasn't Dixie that invited him, it was Bobby Roode.

Brutus gets ready and Abyss says he has something for Joe and MVP and has a handful of tacks and head out.

Samoa Joe comes out first and we will get the rematch for the world title after break.

(break)

Next Thursday, Gunner v. Storm II.

Match is quickly underway and Magnus goes on the quick attack on Samoa Joe. Samoa Joe comes back with some vicious knife-edge chops and some buzzsaw like kicks. Magnus quickly regroups to the outside and drags Samoa Joe to the outside and drives him spine first into the ring apron. Back into the ring and Magnus continues the assault but Joe gets a few quick hits in but Magnus cuts the momentum and gets more chops on Samoa Joe. Joe comes back and goes full speed into Magnus in the turnbuckle and gets an enzuguri kick.

(break)

Impact is back and both men are going back in forth with no one getting a decisive roll of momentum. A back drop by Magnus finds its mark shortly after Joe gets a reverse atomic drop from a top rope Magnus. Clothesline by Magnus and has the bigger Samoa Joe on the ground but not for long. Magnus gets a flying knee on Samoa Joe and Joe is back on the ground with Magnus trying to squeeze the air out of Magnus. Samoa Joe is favoring the ribs that were injured at Lockdown from Abyss and Samoa Joe finds it hard to cover. Samoa Joe goes for the rear naked choke and the ref is knocked out and Abyss knocks out MVP. Abyss tries to go for the tacks but to no avail. MVP unlocks the cuffs to throw the tacks away. Samoa Joe looked to go for a suicide dive on The Monster but throws the chair at Samoa Joe, which allows Magnus to go for the top rope elbow and the 1-2-3 and Magnus remains your TNA World Heavyweight Champion. I wouldn't be surprised to see more friction between MVP and Samoa Joe next week...

Winner- Magnus
