Backstage News On Daniel Bryan Not Being In The Royal Rumble

It's being reported that despite Daniel Bryan's recent fan reactions, WWE officials were still taken by surprise by the fact that so many people were so upset that Daniel Bryan wasn't in the Royal Rumble Match. However, Bryan not being in the Rumble was reportedly done by design as part of his storyline of fighting against "the machine". Going forward, the plan is for WWE fans to continue to be frustrated by the fact that Bryan isn't being given a bigger push.

No word yet on what it may eventually lead to for Bryan, but WWE officials are indeed aware of the fact that WWE fans want Bryan to get a bigger push.
