It's being reported that WWE officials have decided on a conclusive plan for the John Cena vs. Randy Orton World Title Unification Match at the TLC pay-per-view and there has been no talk of these plans changing. Whatever it is they have planned has been decided on for the past week or so.

Still no word on whether it will be Cena or Orton that might emerge victorious.
