Mick Foley Comments on Triple H/Daniel Bryan Storyline

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley posted the following on his official Facebook page:

I've been getting dozens..and dozens of questions regarding the current situation in WWE with Daniel Bryan and Triple H. Keep in mind that even though I work for WWE, when it comes to what happens on TV, I'm just an outsider, looking in. So whatever I have to offer is largely from the perspective of a wrestling fan.

I'm really enjoying the current situation. Not only because it showcase Daniel, but because Triple H and Co, have, in short order, created a core group of heels that have the potential to make a long term impact - the likes of which I haven't seen in quite some while. The potential for The Shield, Randy Orton, and perhaps another addition to the group down the line, are limitless.

The situation also brings about the potential for Dolph, Big Show, Miz and crew to create a memorable faction and a way specifically for babyfaces like Dolph and Miz - natural heels, who were turned, primarily because they were just so enjoyable as bad guys, to further their connection with the WWE Universe by working toward something bigger than themselves.

Again, these are just the random musings of a huge wrestling fan. Like the rest of you, I'll be watching to see what happens.
